 Imagine a typical middle-class Indian man going to a public toilet and coming out as a millionaire I bet after reading it or listening to him, every other Indian man who pees openly would start using a public toilet instead. If you're thinking that loot case could be the other "Toilet-Ek Prem Katha", then you might be a little wrong or completely wrong. Lootcase is a story of a man from going rags to riches and vice-a-versa for the other characters in the story while making you laugh.  The story starts, and we meet a normal-looking aam-Adami "Nandan" who is coming home after completing his shift and stops to pee. Any person who could be at his place would run fun fast home or blow a cigarette, but unlike any normal man, he bumps into the trash, and a suitcase fell. Afsos is a black comedy, Nakul is a frustrated young man who has lost all hopes of becoming a writer. But, his life was never like this before, he was passionate to become a writer and to fulfil his dream he had even left his job. However, he failed at it and many of his relationships too. He didn't lose hope and goes back to do his previous work, but is sacked out. After being fired from a couple of jobs, he loses his patience. When his therapist suggestions and advice fails to change his situation, he decides to take his life. However, he fails at it too. Every time he tries to commit suicide, someone or the other person jumps into the scene and saves him on the cost of their lives. After being frustrated at his own destiny, he discovers an agency that can help him die. So, he signs a contract of his murder. Things change when a new day arises, and he is still alive. ` Raat akeli hai is an irony in the movie “ Raat Akeli hai ” because here no one is alone, let alone the night. The film is set in Kanpur, and in the opening scene is a flashback to take the audience 5 years back then the present day. It is a gloomy night, indicating that something terrible is going to happen; we see a truck following a car, and then it crashes into it. The driver comes out only to kill the victims ruthless.  The film comes to the present day where another murder has taken place. An influential man of Kanpur, Thakur Raghubeer Singh (Khalid Tyabji), has been shot dead on his wedding night and in his own bedroom. And, no one in the house has heard a thing.  It is when Jatil (Nawazuddin) with other cops come into the picture to probe the murder. Jatil, as the name signifies is firm, and takes pride in saying it too. He announces to the family members that the case has come in his hands, and he will do anything to uncover the murderer.
